Dermal Fillers
ARE DERMAL FILLER INJECTIONS PAINFUL?
Dermal filler injections can cause some discomfort, but the level of pain experienced varies from person to person and depends on the area being treated. The sensation is often described as a slight pinch or stinging feeling at the injection site. A topical numbing cream is applied to the area before the injection to minimise discomfort, as well as the filler itself containing lidocaine which further numbs the area with each injection.
